Rivo Loyalty & Referrals is a fully customizable loyalty platform built for Shopify. Rivo helps drive repeat purchases, increase LTV and conversion, and reduce ad costs.
Our integration with Rivo adds a Rewards navigation tab in the account navigation builder. The tab will either open the Rivo's Rewards modal or embed the Rivo's Account Embed within our account widget, depending on the option you chose. This way your customers can also access Rivo Rewards information in that personal and now upgraded place that is the account page. This integration also has an optional setting to push the Dates of Birth collected we collect to Rivo, to reward your customers' birthday.
Enabling the integration is pretty straightforward but some steps must be clear in order to set it up:
- Make sure the Integrations plugin is enabled in our app so you can enable this or any other app integration in our settings
- If you intend to embed the Rivo's Account Embed make sure you have a paid plan in Rivo and that the Account Embed is enabled in their settings. You can also customize the style of this widget in Rivo settings.
- Finally, go to Settings panel > Account Page > Integrations and enable the integration with Rivo. The first toggle will allow you to choose if the integration will open the Rewards Modal or embed the Rivo's Account Embed. The second toogle enables Date of Birth pushing. This will sync the birthday date from our app to Rivo to reward your customers (see what Rivo plans include Birthday Points). Once you have made the choices here click on Save and it's done, the integration will either open the modal or embed the widget on the account page.
Do I need a paid plan in Rivo Loyalty & Referrals to enable this integration?
You need one only if you intend to embed the Rivo's Account Embed. As this widget requires a paid plan, but the option to open the Rewards Modal doesn't require a paid plan.
Do I need a paid plan in Customer Accounts Concierge?
You would need to subscribe to our Integrations plugin, one of the plugins in our flexible plugin system (subscribe only to those you need). Details of the pricing can be found here
