This integration adds a direct download button to print Sufio's PDF invoices for each order in your Order History panel. Your customers will now have an easy way to access their invoices anytime they need them, in the personal and secure space of our customer portal.

What's this integration about?

Sufio Professional Invoices is a powerful invoicing solution in Shopify. It will automatically generate invoices, credit notes, and other documents.  It comes with professionally designed and easy-to-customize invoice templates. And a builder so you can tailor the templates to your brand. The invoices have been validated by certified accountants. And can be configured with taxes and exemptions, ensuring documents meet worldwide regulations for both B2C and B2B sales.

Our integration with Sufio: Professional Invoices adds a button to print Sufio's PDF invoices to each order in our Order History panel. This gives customers easy access to the files, improving their experience and simplifying support. By bringing together information and functionalities in the customer portal, Customer Accounts Concierge creates a more natural space for customers to interact with your business.

How to enable the integration

Enabling the integration is simple, but there are a few steps you need to take:

  • Make sure the Integrations plugin is enabled in our app. This will allow you to enable this and other app integrations in our settings.
  • Go to Settings > Account Page > Integrations
  • Select Sufio: Professional Invoices and toggle it on
  • Click Save in the top right corner and it's done. New Download buttons will now be added to each order in the Order History panel

Can I print out invoices for orders in Shopify without an app?

No, you cannot directly print invoices from Shopify as the platform doesn't provide with this as a native feature. To allow customers to download PDF invoices, you will need to install a third-party app such as Sufio Professional Invoices
